We have worked with Michael Maguire as part of the Healthy Living Pharmacy Project across Tees. He has undertaken he practical leadership aspect of the training. This has been carried out in a very professional way with focus on pharmacy excellence and delivery for population health. All communications both pre, during and post events have ensured that the sessions are tailored to the needs of both the LPC and the pharmacy teams. A superb presenter with a passion for leadership that is enviable.

Mike's Leadership Training with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors at Lingfield School was invaluable. When we asked him to follow it up by leading the PD day for the teaching team, we were delighted with the buzz and the energy that it created. Thanks Mike!

The LPC is committed to up-skilling its members to ensure that we perform as efficiently as possible for contractors. As a consequence, during the past year we had a series of workshops organised by LPN Chair and pharmacist colleague, Mike Maguire, entitled “Practical Leadership Training” which members found very inspiring and helpful - and which will benefit us as committee members immensely.

Informative and intriguing, the management training Michael provided was excellent. What struck me most was Michael's ability to provoke interest from all those present from the outset and the benefits and techniques that they have gained as a consequence have been nothing short of remarkable.

Mike did a really amazing job of inspiring our pharmacists and technicians and encouraging them to really reflect on what it takes to become a great leader! The course was practical, accessible and fun. In addition, the fact that Mike was also a practising pharmacist meant that all of the content and ideas could easily be drawn back to 'current real life community pharmacy' which was really invaluable! All in all, I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Mike!
