About Us

So Why was the Practical Leadership Training Company © Created?

“All my projects, right back to day one, have been built on frustration – namely me being frustrated with something!” – Sir Richard Branson

Similarly, Mike became frustrated with gaps in Leadership across both Community Pharmacy and the NHS in general. Having experienced world-class Leadership Training as a student of the Lifestyle Architecture Success System©, Mike created The Practical Leadership Training Company to fill some of these gaps. Operating under licence from Lifestyle Architecture, Mike has utilized his vast experience to tailor the Leadership Training to the needs of his clients. Bespoke Healthy Living Pharmacy Leadership Training is now available to Leaders and potential Leaders throughout England.
